Solution: Connect to a different domain, or upgrade the domain to XOX or XOX.

Cause: The RSoP snap-in cannot enumerate a list of users on a specific domain controller, usually because the client user does not have Read permissions for that domain controller.
Solution: Try a different domain controller, or obtain Read permissions for the user.

Cause: The client is trying to poll a computer with Windows 2000, and Windows 2000 does not support RSoP logging mode.
Solution: Poll a different computer, or update the operating system to XOX or a product in the Windows Server 2003 family.
